"Fantastic Customer Service! I have English Bulldogs with joint issues.  The steps I ordered are very wide (wider than the commercial ones found on Chewy, etc). And the steps aren't high between each step, so they don't have to lift their legs as much.  Very heavy, very sturdy.  I loved them so much, that within 2 days of receiving them, I ordered another one!  Thank you!  We might even order a 3rd for our bed!  Highly recommend!" ~Tamara

"It's carefully made and very sturdy.  I was looking for a non-slip wide staircase for my 75 lb Bassett Hound to get on and off the couch.  A ramp didn't work since he was scared of the slippery surface.  This staircase worked perfect and weighs reasonably light, so I can move across for cleaning the room.  Bow Wow!  All Bassett Hound owners, this I recommend for them to protect their fragile back and front legs with heavy weight" ~Ozzie
